This challenge includes 35-pages of worksheets, guidance, and self-discovery exercises including a 14-page journal to track your progress and keep you accountable.

The worksheets guide you to take charge of the emotional roller coaster and become your best self during your family-building journey. This challenge includes workbooks designed to discover your personality strengths, love language, self-care techniques, and holistic methods such as gratitude, meditation, social connection, breathing techniques, journaling, and positive affirmations. It also includes a 14-day journal intended for the two-week-wait.
