THE FERTILITY MINDSET SYSTEM
Quiet the spiraling thoughts. Build resilience. Feel like yourself again.
Learn how to move through the emotional ups and downs of infertility with more calm, self-compassion and confidence — even when you can't control the timeline.
The Fertility Mindset System is a 4-week live coaching experience built around support, self-talk, self-care and boundaries — with guidance from me, a private 1:1 coaching session, and a community of women who truly get it.
LIVE FALL COHORT · OCTOBER 23 – NOVEMBER 20
Led by Ceire Nevins, Certified Fertility Mindset Coach, IVF Mama & founder of The Fertility Mama
Maybe you barely recognize yourself right now.
You used to have other things to talk about. Other things to look forward to. Other things taking up space in your brain.
And now?
You wake up thinking about fertility.
You go to bed thinking about fertility. You're living cycle to cycle.
You feel so overwhelmed, you shut down.
You see the text but don't have the energy to respond. Another pregnancy announcement. Another baby shower invitation. So you tell yourself you'll reply later. And sometimes later turns into days.
You analyze symptoms. Google everything.
Compare timelines. Wonder if you're doing enough. Question decisions you've already made. Try not to get your hopes up because maybe that will make it hurt less.
And somewhere along the way, infertility stopped being something you were going through and started feeling like your entire life.
Maybe you've even thought:
"I just want to feel like myself again."
That's exactly why I created this.
I truly feel like I have changed after taking this course. Before, I felt like I was living cycle to cycle and not allowing myself to feel joy in my life. Now I feel a shift in living my life regardless of what is happening in my fertility journey. The community and tools from this course were incredibly helpful, and I find myself using them daily.
— Morgan, CA
You can't always control the timeline.
But you can change how you move through the uncertainty.
The next result.
The next appointment.
The next pregnancy announcement.
The next question someone might ask.
The next thing that could go wrong.
And when you’ve been in that state for a while, patterns like rumination, fear, comparison and self-blame can start to feel automatic.
But our brains are neuroplastic, meaning they have the capacity to change and form new patterns over time.
That doesn’t mean you can mindset your way out of infertility.
And it definitely doesn’t mean your thoughts determine your fertility outcome.
It means you can practice responding differently to the thoughts, triggers and uncertainty that infertility brings.
Inside the Fertility Mindset System, I’ll teach you practical tools to help you notice and interrupt some of those patterns and build new ones rooted in:
Calm.
Resilience.
Self-compassion.
Support.
What if infertility could be part of your life without becoming your whole life?
I want to be really clear about what we’re doing here.
I’m not going to teach you how to “just relax.”
I’m not going to tell you to think positively and manifest a baby.
And I’m definitely not going to promise that four weeks of mindset work will change the outcome of your fertility treatment.
This isn’t about controlling the outcome.
Mindset isn't pretending the situation is better than it is. It's becoming aware of the thoughts and beliefs shaping how you're experiencing it.
Because while you can't control every outcome, you can learn to recognize when your thoughts are making an already hard situation even harder.
You can learn how to handle the pregnancy announcement without spiraling for the rest of the day.
You can know what to say when someone asks, “So when are you having kids?”
You can question the belief that everyone else is moving forward while you're falling behind.
You can give yourself permission to say no to the baby shower.
You can learn how to hold hope without needing certainty.
You can find things that make you feel like you again.
You can desperately want a baby AND still have a life while you're waiting for one.
That’s the work we do inside the
Fertility Mindset System.
The Course
Four weeks. Four areas of your mindset.
A different way of moving through infertility.
You’re already juggling appointments, medications, work, relationships, decisions, waiting and approximately 47 tabs open in your brain at any given time.
You do not need another overwhelming program to keep up with.
So I intentionally made this simple.
Over four weeks, we’ll work through the four areas I believe can make the biggest difference in how you experience infertility.
I call them my 4 S’s.
What’s inside
WEEK 01
SUPPORT & ACCEPTANCE
Stop judging yourself for having completely normal reactions to something really hard.
→"I should be more positive.”
→"I should be handling this better.”
→"I should be grateful for what I have.”
→"Why can’t I just be happy for her?”
One of the hardest parts of infertility isn’t only what’s happening. It’s what we tell ourselves we should be feeling about it. We’ll start by taking some of that pressure off.
You’ll learn how to make space for what you’re actually feeling, identify the support you need and stop judging yourself for having very human reactions to something incredibly difficult.
So instead of immediately asking:
“What’s wrong with me?”
You can start asking:
“What do I need right now?”
WEEK 02
SELF-TALK & LIMITING BELIEFS
Stop believing every scary thought your brain throws at you.
→“Everyone else is moving forward except me.”
→"I’m such a failure. I’m letting everyone down.”
→”Maybe I’m being punished.”
→”I waited too long.”
→”Maybe I did something to cause this.”
→”What if I’m never a mom?”
We can’t control every thought that pops into our heads. But we can learn to recognize the thoughts that are keeping us stuck—and stop treating every fearful thought like it’s a fact.
We’ll work on shifting the way you speak to yourself so you can move through uncertainty with more self-compassion and perspective.
Not toxic positivity.
Not pretending everything is okay.
A different way of talking to yourself when it isn’t.
WEEK 03
SELF-CARE & MINDFULNESS
Put you back into a life that has started revolving around fertility.
Self-care during infertility isn’t another thing to add to your to-do list. And it doesn’t have to mean bubble baths and meditation if those aren’t your thing.
It’s learning how to check in with yourself.
→How to ground yourself when your thoughts are running a mile a minute.
→How to create moments that have absolutely nothing to do with fertility.
→How to give your brain a break from constantly thinking about what happens next.
→And how to remember that there is still an entire person underneath the appointments, injections, tracking, waiting and Googling.
You are more than your fertility.
This week helps you start feeling that way again.
WEEK 04
SETTING BOUNDARIES &
MANAGING TRIGGERS
Stop sacrificing your emotional well-being just to make everyone else comfortable.
→Pregnancy announcements.
→Baby showers.
→Family gatherings.
→Group chats.
→Social media.
→Questions about when you’re having kids.
→People offering advice you never asked for.
You can’t eliminate every trigger.
But you can decide what you expose yourself to, what you say yes to, what you say no to and what you need from the people around you.
We’ll work on boundaries you can actually use in real life—without feeling like you have to explain or defend every decision.
You’re allowed to protect your peace while you’re going through this.
“Being in the community made me feel supported through each day, easing the pain of the journey just a little bit. I feel gentler on myself now (the way I think and speak to myself has changed) and my ability to set boundaries around the topic of fertility has improved. I truly learned to love myself a little more in the process.”
— Kenzie, CO
After four weeks
What you'll walk away with
01
A different relationship with your thoughts
Recognize when fear, comparison and self-blame are taking over-and have tools to help you interrupt the spiral.
02
More resilience for the hard moments
Pregnancy announcements, appointments, negative tests and unexpected triggers can still hurt. You'll know how to support yourself when they do.
03
Boundaries you actually know how to use
Know what you need, what you're allowed to say no to and how to communicate it without feeling like you have to justify yourself.
04
Tools you can keep coming back to
For the two-week wait, the Googling spiral, the family gathering, the difficult clinic call and the days when infertility just feels like too much.
05
A community that gets it
No explaining why you're struggling. No “at leasts.” Women who understand because they're living it too.
06
More of you back
Not because infertility suddenly disappeared—but because it stopped being the only thing taking up space in your life.
The goal isn't to never have another hard day. It's to have the tools to find your way back to yourself when you do.
Designed for real life
I know you already have enough on your plate.
That’s why I intentionally designed FMS to fit into your actual life.
Each week includes about 30 minutes of prerecorded videos, along with simple exercises and tools you can use throughout the week.
Then we’ll come together for our live coaching call to talk through what you’re learning and, more importantly, how it applies to what you’re actually going through.
There’s no hours of homework.
No pressure to get through everything perfectly.
And no falling behind because life — or fertility treatment — got busy.
Just a manageable amount of support, practical tools and a community of women who understand what you’re going through.

Bonus
Bonus: Pep talks for the moments you need them most
Short pep talks you can come back to when you need a little extra support through some of the hardest moments of infertility.
Holiday season
Imagine heading into the holiday season feeling a little more like you again.
Your fertility circumstances may not be completely different by then. And that’s important.
Because this isn’t about promising that everything will suddenly work out. It’s about what could change even if you still don’t know what happens next.
Imagine sitting around the Thanksgiving table and actually being present in the conversation instead of mentally calculating timelines.
Imagine walking into a holiday gathering knowing how you’ll respond if someone asks a question you don’t want to answer.
Imagine seeing a pregnancy announcement and knowing how to take care of yourself afterward.
Imagine giving yourself permission to skip something that feels too hard without spending the next three days feeling guilty about it.
Imagine enjoying a holiday tradition, dinner with friends or a night with your partner and suddenly realizing:
“I didn’t think about fertility
the entire time.”
Not because you stopped caring.
Not because you gave up.
Because you started making room for your life alongside it.
Don’t give infertility another month of taking up every available inch of your life.
You don’t have to wait for the next cycle, the next retrieval, the next transfer or the next result before you start supporting yourself through it.
Meet your coach
Hi, I’m Ceire. And I’ve been where you are.
I spent three years trying to become a mom. Six months of Clomid. Four IUIs. Two rounds of IVF. And for two years, almost no one knew.
From the outside looking in, I seemed fine. Inside, infertility had become completely all-consuming.
I know what it’s like to smile through someone’s pregnancy announcement and fall apart afterward.
I know the jealousy, guilt, comparison, fear and constant mental math around timelines.
And I know how easy it is to slowly lose yourself while you’re so focused on trying to create the life you imagined.
Eventually, IVF helped me become a mom. But becoming pregnant didn’t magically undo everything infertility had done to me. I had to work through that part, too.
That experience eventually led me to leave my ten-year career as a Senior Jewelry Buyer and train as a coach so I could provide women going through infertility with something I desperately needed when I was in it:
Support for the person going through the treatment — not just the treatment itself.
Today, I’m a Certified Coach and Fertility Mindset Coach, with training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Benson-Henry Institute’s mind-body program.
I’ve now supported 75+ women navigating infertility and family building, including women across the U.S. and internationally.
WHAT WOMEN ARE SAYING
“Working with Ceire changed me. While I still have fears, I can now think through them logically instead of letting them take over my life. Ceire helped me work through toxic thoughts, something that once felt impossible. I used to believe that any positivity was ‘tricking’ me. Now, I can accept that I deserve good things and that they can happen to me.”
— ELLIE
“Before I did the Identity Statement (an exercise in the Fertility Mindset System), I felt unmoored. Afterwards, I felt much more grounded and remembered parts of myself I’d forgotten. It gave me grounding mantras as I navigated my egg retrieval and helped me make decisions about how we wanted to proceed with our transfer. It has, in ways, served as a compass guiding me back to myself.”
— MCKENNA
“I had a difficult time giving myself empathy and kept pushing through without realizing that this is actually incredibly difficult. My biggest ‘aha’ moment with Ceire was recognizing that I needed to treat myself how I would treat others. It was a huge wake-up call to give myself grace and focus my energy on myself and my intentions rather than the aspects of infertility that are totally out of my control.”
— Bridget
IS THIS FOR ME?
Is the Fertility Mindset System
for you?
FMS was created for you if:
✓ You’re TTC and it’s taking much longer than you expected.
✓ You’re going through IUI or IVF.
✓ You’re between treatments or trying to figure out your next step.
✓ You’re navigating secondary infertility.
✓ You’re exhausted by how much mental space fertility takes up.
✓ Pregnancy announcements and baby-centered events hit harder than you want them to.
✓ You feel guilty for feeling jealous, angry, sad or resentful.
✓ You’ve started avoiding things because you don’t know what will trigger you.
✓ You constantly find yourself thinking about timelines and what’s supposed to happen next.
Or maybe you can’t even explain exactly what’s wrong. You just know:
“I can’t keep feeling like this.”
You don’t need to be at a particular point in treatment to belong here.
And you definitely don’t need to have your next step figured out.
“This was exactly what I needed. My therapist, husband, and family members have all said they noticed a shift in my mindset and perspective. I am more peaceful and grounded now, and confident in my story.”
— Taryn, IA
The big question
“But what if my circumstances don’t change?”
That’s actually the point.
FMS isn’t built around promising you a particular fertility outcome.
Because I can’t control that.
And neither can you.
What we can work on is how you support yourself while you don’t know the outcome yet.
Your boundaries.
Your self-talk.
Your coping tools.
Your relationship with hope.
The amount of space fertility is allowed to occupy in your life.
And how you treat yourself on the really hard days.
You don’t have to wait for your circumstances to change before you start
taking care of the person living through them.
A little something from me to you
My HOPE necklace
When you join this round of the Fertility Mindset System, you’ll also receive my HOPE necklace. I created this necklace as a reminder of something I come back to again and again in my own life and in my work with women going through infertility:
Hope isn’t knowing how the story ends. It’s choosing to believe there is still more of your story to be written.
Wear it on the days you feel hopeful — and especially on the days when hope feels a little harder to find.
HOPE Necklace — $130 value
Included with your enrollment.
Everything that's included
Join the Fertility Mindset System for
That's less than $100 a week over our four weeks together. Or 3 monthly payments.
And while so much of infertility is focused on the next appointment, the next cycle or the next result, these four weeks are focused on supporting you through where you are right now.
$397
An intentionally small live group · Begins October 23rd
Why now
You could keep waiting for things to
calm down.
→ After this cycle.
→ After this retrieval.
→ After this transfer.
→ After the holidays.
→ After you finally know
what’s happening next.
I understand that instinct because infertility constantly makes it feel like your life is about to change.
But there’s always another milestone to wait for.
And meanwhile, another week passes.
Then another month.
Then another holiday.
You deserve support while you’re in the messy middle — not only once you’ve made it to the other side.
Four weeks from now, you may still have uncertainty.
But you don’t have to meet that uncertainty in exactly the same way.
FAQ
Still have questions?
-
No. FMS is designed for women navigating infertility at different stages—whether you're trying to conceive, going through IUI or IVF, between treatments, experiencing secondary infertility, or simply feeling like fertility has started taking over too much of your life.
-
FMS isn't therapy and isn't meant to replace it. This is fertility-specific coaching with tools and a framework you can use alongside other support you may already have.
-
You’ll never be forced to share more than you’re comfortable with. You can participate in whatever way feels right for you.
And you’ll also have a private 1:1 coaching session with me where the time is completely yours.
-
First of all, that would be incredible. 💛 And yes, you are absolutely still welcome here.
If you do become pregnant during our four weeks together, I just ask that you tell me privately first so we can talk about what feels right for you and how to share the news with the group in a way that feels supportive and sensitive to everyone.
This actually happened during a previous round of FMS, and I created a separate space within our community for pregnancy announcements so women could choose if and when they wanted to engage with those updates.
Infertility doesn't necessarily stop affecting you the moment you see a positive test. There can still be fear, uncertainty and a whole lot of emotions to navigate—and you deserve support through that transition, too.
-
No worries. Every live call will be recorded, and you’ll have access to the replay.
You can also submit questions ahead of time, so even if you can’t be there live, I can still speak to what you’re navigating during the call.
-
Each week includes about 30 minutes of prerecorded videos, plus our live group coaching call and simple exercises and tools you can use throughout the week.
FMS was intentionally designed to fit into your actual life—not become another overwhelming thing you have to keep up with.
There are no hours of homework, no pressure to do everything perfectly and no falling behind because you missed a day.
-
FMS officially begins October 23rd and runs through November 20th.
Doors to our private community open early on October 19th, giving you time to settle in before we begin.
We’ll meet for four live group coaching sessions during our time together. Live call timing will be finalized based on group availability, and every session will be recorded if you can’t attend live.
-
Not at all. You’ll have access to all of the FMS lessons, workbook and resources from the beginning.
We’ll focus on one of the 4 S’s together each week, so you’ll always know where to focus—but you’re welcome to move through the material at your own pace.
There’s no falling behind here.
One last thing
from me ❤️
If you’ve made it this far down the page, I’m guessing a lot of what you’ve read feels familiar.
And I want you to know that I really do get it.
I know how exhausting it is to want something this badly.
To be scared to get your hopes up.
To spend so much time and energy trying to become a mom that somewhere along the way, you stop making time and space for you.
That’s what happened to me.
At some point, I stopped allowing myself to feel hopeful—or really feel much of anything at all. I went into autopilot. I was so focused on getting through the next cycle, the next appointment, the next disappointment that I stopped really living my life while I waited for it to change.
That experience is a huge part of what eventually led me to coaching school and to doing the work I do today.
And I wish I had understood this when I was going through infertility:
You don’t have to choose between wanting a baby with everything in you and wanting your life back, too.
Both can be true.
You can feel devastated and grateful.
Jealous and loving.
Hopeful and terrified.
You can have days when infertility knocks you flat and days when you barely think about it.
There is no perfect way to go through infertility.
The goal isn’t to never get triggered, never spiral or somehow be positive through all of it.
It’s having the tools and support to help you find your way back to yourself when those hard moments happen.
That’s what I want these four weeks to give you.
You’ve already spent so much time, energy and love trying to grow your family.
You deserve to give some of that care back to yourself, too.
I would truly love to support you through this.
With love,
Ceire
