THE FERTILITY MINDSET SYSTEM

Quiet the spiraling thoughts. Build resilience. Feel like yourself again.

Learn how to move through the emotional ups and downs of infertility with more calm, self-compassion and confidence — even when you can't control the timeline.

The Fertility Mindset System is a 4-week live coaching experience built around support, self-talk, self-care and boundaries — with guidance from me, a private 1:1 coaching session, and a community of women who truly get it.

LIVE FALL COHORT · OCTOBER 23 – NOVEMBER 20

Led by Ceire Nevins, Certified Fertility Mindset Coach, IVF Mama & founder of The Fertility Mama

Maybe you barely recognize yourself right now.

You used to have other things to talk about. Other things to look forward to. Other things taking up space in your brain.

And now?

You wake up thinking about fertility.

You go to bed thinking about fertility. You're living cycle to cycle.

You feel so overwhelmed, you shut down.

You see the text but don't have the energy to respond. Another pregnancy announcement. Another baby shower invitation. So you tell yourself you'll reply later. And sometimes later turns into days.

You analyze symptoms. Google everything.

Compare timelines. Wonder if you're doing enough. Question decisions you've already made. Try not to get your hopes up because maybe that will make it hurt less.

And somewhere along the way, infertility stopped being something you were going through and started feeling like your entire life.

Maybe you've even thought:

"I just want to feel like myself again."

That's exactly why I created this.

I truly feel like I have changed after taking this course. Before, I felt like I was living cycle to cycle and not allowing myself to feel joy in my life. Now I feel a shift in living my life regardless of what is happening in my fertility journey. The community and tools from this course were incredibly helpful, and I find myself using them daily.

— Morgan, CA

You can't always control the timeline. But you can change how you move through the uncertainty.

The next result.

The next appointment.

The next pregnancy announcement.

The next question someone might ask.

The next thing that could go wrong.

And when you’ve been in that state for a while, patterns like rumination, fear, comparison and self-blame can start to feel automatic.

But our brains are neuroplastic, meaning they have the capacity to change and form new patterns over time.

That doesn’t mean you can mindset your way out of infertility.

And it definitely doesn’t mean your thoughts determine your fertility outcome.

It means you can practice responding differently to the thoughts, triggers and uncertainty that infertility brings.

Inside the Fertility Mindset System, I’ll teach you practical tools to help you notice and interrupt some of those patterns and build new ones rooted in:

Calm.

Resilience.

Self-compassion.

Support.

What if infertility could be part of your life without becoming your whole life?

I want to be really clear about what we’re doing here.

I’m not going to teach you how to “just relax.”

I’m not going to tell you to think positively and manifest a baby.

And I’m definitely not going to promise that four weeks of mindset work will change the outcome of your fertility treatment.

This isn’t about controlling the outcome.

Mindset isn't pretending the situation is better than it is. It's becoming aware of the thoughts and beliefs shaping how you're experiencing it.

Because while you can't control every outcome, you can learn to recognize when your thoughts are making an already hard situation even harder.

You can learn how to handle the pregnancy announcement without spiraling for the rest of the day.

You can know what to say when someone asks, “So when are you having kids?”

You can question the belief that everyone else is moving forward while you're falling behind.

You can give yourself permission to say no to the baby shower.

You can learn how to hold hope without needing certainty.

You can find things that make you feel like you again.

You can desperately want a baby AND still have a life while you're waiting for one.

That’s the work we do inside the Fertility Mindset System.

The Course

Four weeks. Four areas of your mindset. A different way of moving through infertility.

You’re already juggling appointments, medications, work, relationships, decisions, waiting and approximately 47 tabs open in your brain at any given time.

You do not need another overwhelming program to keep up with.

So I intentionally made this simple.

Over four weeks, we’ll work through the four areas I believe can make the biggest difference in how you experience infertility.

I call them my 4 S’s.

What’s inside

WEEK 01

Support & Acceptance

Stop judging yourself for having completely normal reactions to something really hard.

→"I should be more positive."

→"Why can't I just be happy for her?"

WEEK 02

Self-Talk & Limiting Beliefs

Stop believing every scary thought your brain throws at you.

→"Everyone else is moving forward except me."

→"What if I'm never a mom?"

WEEK 03

Self-Care & Mindfulness

Put you back into a life that has started revolving around fertility.

→How to ground yourself when your thoughts are racing

→Moments that have nothing to do with fertility

WEEK 04

Boundaries & Triggers

Stop sacrificing your emotional well-being just to make everyone else comfortable.

→Pregnancy announcements, baby showers, group chats

→"So when are you having kids?"

“Being in the community made me feel supported through each day, easing the pain of the journey just a little bit. I feel gentler on myself now (the way I think and speak to myself has changed) and my ability to set boundaries around the topic of fertility has improved. I truly learned to love myself a little more in the process.”

— Kenzie, CO

01

A different relationship with your thoughts

Recognize when fear, comparison and self-blame are taking over-and have tools to help you interrupt the spiral.

04

Tools you can keep coming back to

For the two-week wait, the Googling spiral, the family gathering, the difficult clinic call and the days when infertility just feels like too much.

After four weeks

What you'll walk away with

02

More resilience for the hard moments

Pregnancy announcements, appointments, negative tests and unexpected triggers can still hurt. You'll know how to support yourself when they do.

05

A community that gets it

No explaining why you're struggling. No “at leasts.” Women who understand because they're living it too.

03

Boundaries you actually know how to use

Know what you need, what you're allowed to say no to and how to communicate it without feeling like you have to justify yourself.

06

More of you back

Not because infertility suddenly disappeared—but because it stopped being the only thing taking up space in your life.

The goal isn't to never have another hard day. It's to have the tools to find your way back to yourself when you do.

Designed for real life

I know you already have enough on your plate.

That’s why I intentionally designed FMS to fit into your actual life.

Each week includes about 30 minutes of prerecorded videos, along with simple exercises and tools you can use throughout the week.

Then we’ll come together for our live coaching call to talk through what you’re learning and, more importantly, how it applies to what you’re actually going through.

There’s no hours of homework.

No pressure to get through everything perfectly.

And no falling behind because life — or fertility treatment — got busy.

Just a manageable amount of support, practical tools and a community of women who understand what you’re going through.‍

Short pep talks you can come back to when you need a little extra support through some of the hardest moments of infertility.

Holiday season

Imagine heading into the holiday season feeling a little more like you again.

Your fertility circumstances may not be completely different by then. And that’s important.

Because this isn’t about promising that everything will suddenly work out. It’s about what could change even if you still don’t know what happens next.

Imagine sitting around the Thanksgiving table and actually being present in the conversation instead of mentally calculating timelines.

Imagine walking into a holiday gathering knowing how you’ll respond if someone asks a question you don’t want to answer.

Imagine seeing a pregnancy announcement and knowing how to take care of yourself afterward.

Imagine giving yourself permission to skip something that feels too hard without spending the next three days feeling guilty about it.

Imagine giving yourself permission to skip something that feels too hard without spending the next three days feeling guilty about it.

“I didn’t think about fertility the entire time.”

Not because you stopped caring.

Not because you gave up.

Because you started making room for your life alongside it.

Don’t give infertility another month of taking up every available inch of your life.

You don’t have to wait for the next cycle, the next retrieval, the next transfer or the next result before you start supporting yourself through it.

Meet your coach

Hi, I’m Ceire. And I’ve been where you are

I spent three years trying to become a mom.

Six months of Clomid.

Four IUIs.

And for two years, almost no one knew

Two rounds of IVF.

From the outside, I looked like I was functioning. Inside, infertility had become completely all consuming.

I know what it’s like to smile through someone’s pregnancy announcement and fall apart afterward.

I know the jealousy, guilt, comparison, fear and constant mental math around timelines.

And I know how easy it is to slowly lose yourself while you’re so focused on trying to create the life you imagined.

Eventually, IVF helped me become a mom. But becoming pregnant didn’t magically undo everything infertility had done to me. I had to work through that part, too.

That experience eventually led me to leave my ten-year career as a Senior Jewelry Buyer and train as a coach so I could provide women going through infertility with something I desperately needed when I was in it:

Support for the person going through the treatment — not just the treatment itself.
